The Brookfield Chair in Fracture Prevention is here to help design and implement your new program. We’re here to facilitate an information exchange between your department, the Chair and the new Fracture Liaison officer. We will fund the hire. Collaborating with Osteoporosis Canada, we will help provide training for the position.
We know that difficulties will arise and we’ll be ready, willing and able to help you navigate through any obstacles. We can help you apply to Osteoporosis Canada to include your program in the FLS Registry.
